Oh, anyway nice job there! I have played MGS 4: Guns Of The Patriots and finished it tons of times, perhaps you tried to do something like another version of Snake.
MGS is my favourite game series. And MGS4 is the best game on this console generation imo.

I dunno, maybe this Christmass. I have an idea to do animation with motion tweens, to speed up the process (do u know that Xionic Madness was done with motion tweens?). And if it will looks good I will animate it pretty fast (I hope).

Both. Sometimes I trce line, sometimes just looking at image.

when you release all your sprites, just lend it to the good animators, not to all of them.
if a shitty animator ask it for it, just say NO. shitty animators would never give you credit.
